Each year, the TXF Deals of the Year awards recognize outstanding transactions based on evaluations by international financial institutions, export credit agencies, investors, and project finance professionals. This year, the financing structure developed for the Dörtyol-Hassa Project was selected as the Rail Export Finance Deal of the Year 2025.

As one of Türkiye’s most strategic transportation investments, the Dörtyol-Hassa Highway and Railway Tunnel Project will strengthen logistics infrastructure, increase export capacity, and support regional development by connecting the Southeastern Anatolia Region to the Gulf of İskenderun.

With a financing package of approximately €1.55 billion, the project stands out not only for its scale but also for its strong and sustainable financing model established through the collaboration of international stakeholders. The award granted by TXF highlights not only the project's technical and economic significance but also the success of its financing structure in meeting international standards.
