Representing Doğuş Construction, Deputy General Manager Serkan Mısırlıoğlu and Ukraine Country Representative Süha Canatan attended the event, where Doğuş Construction and Ukrhydroenergo extended the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation and the Non-Disclosure Agreement, which establish a framework for collaboration on strategically important hydroelectric projects in Ukraine.

During the event, the parties emphasized the importance of combining international engineering expertise, technical know-how, and investment capacities to support Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts. They also reiterated their shared commitment to delivering strategic hydroelectric projects that will strengthen Ukraine’s energy security, support long-term economic development, and create lasting value for future generations.

For more than 22 years, Doğuş Construction has been contributing to Ukraine’s infrastructure and continues to support the country’s reconstruction through sustainable and resilient infrastructure.
