The project which is one of the largest in Europe has been implemented on a construction area of 127.000 m² and a total area of 322.000 m² to involve the construction of 996 wholesale stores, banks and restaurants as well as 122 commercial stores, a parking lot with a vehicle capacity of 1.125 cars and social facilities. In conjunction with the completion of the project, modern workplaces and facilities will be provided to the tradesmen working at Rami Barrack since 1986.

The contract of “Başakşehir Wholesales Market Building Complex and Recreation Facilities” signed with a contract value of 340 Million TRY in the ceremony held at Istanbul Service Building of TOKİ on January 30, 2017.
