The project involves the construction of two dual-lane highway tunnels and a single-track railway tunnel, highway connection roads, railway and highway superstructure works between the districts of Hassa and Dörtyol in Hatay. The tunnel and connection roads works within the scope of the contract start from Iskenderun Karayılan District and end within the borders of Hassa Demrek Village. The 25 km long project will play a strategic role in passenger and freight transportation by connecting the Gulf of Iskenderun to the east of Hatay and the Southeastern Anatolia Region.
