The meeting was organized by Turkish Contractors Association and hosted by Foreign Economic Relations Board in order to foster economic and commercial relations between Turkey and the Philippines and establish ways to implement common future projects in engineering, construction and development. After the meeting, a memorandum of understanding which intends to improve collaboration between TCA and POCM was signed by Mr. Burak Talu and the Chairman of the Board of POCB, Mr. Isidro A. Consunji.
